Silver Level $5,500.00 - 9 points or more and/or 140+ B&C. For a Deer scored 140+ with an additional charge of $150.00/inch above 140 to 150 B&C.
Gold Level $8,000.00 - 10 points or more and/or 150+ B&C. For a Deer scored 150+ with an additional charge of $250.00/inch above 150 to 160 B&C, & $450.00/inch above 160 B&C to the B&C score.

Corporate meeting package - Southwest Lodge - $850.00/person. Minimum of 10 persons.

Include 3 days and 2 nights, meals, open bar, 5 stand sporting clays, box bird shoot, shooting instruction, swimming, fishing and ranch tour.

Booking terms

Clients will be sent an invoice detailing dates and pricing. A Copy of the invoice must be returned, with a 50% deposit, within 14 days of the date issued. Should La Bandera Ranch not receive a copy of the invoice and deposit due within 14 days, the reservation will be deemed to have lapsed.

All deposits are non-refundable. Total balance due 60 days prior to hunt.

Clients will be billed for the number of guests confirmed on their invoice.

Have "stand-ins" ready, no shows will be billed in full.

Changes and cancellations

Should a client wish to alter a booked date, La Bandera Ranch will endeavor to meet this request. However, given the exclusive and specialized nature of the available dates at La Bandera Ranch, this cannot be guaranteed.

A minimum of 60 days written notice must be given in order to alter any booked date. Clients who cancel and give more than 60 days written notice will be given the option to transfer deposits to another date. Cancellations with less than 60 days written notice will be billed in full.

Gratuities

This is a traditional part of well managed services. We suggest a minimum of 10% to 15% based on the total amount of the hunt.

What is the bag limit? -- 15 dove per day 15 quail (amounts subject to change according to state and federal regulated bag limits)

How many can I take home? -- 30 dove 45 quail

Will we need an ice chest for transporting dove or deer? -- Yes, we will provide ice chests for birds, but ice chests are not included for deer.
